True Wealth
The universe likes you, it wants to help you, just get out of the way
You’ve been told wealth is numbers. You’ve been told security is a balance sheet. You’ve been told to fear not having enough.
And yet—every breath you take is free. The sun shows up on schedule. Water still falls from the sky. Seeds still turn into food. Your body still heals cuts while you sleep.
So which is actually real?
The Inversion
Somewhere along the line, we flipped the definition of wealth upside down.
Real wealth is what sustains life: air, water, food, energy, shelter, land, community, and the living awareness that experiences it all. Those things come first. They always have.
Money came later. It’s a symbol, a ledger, a way to keep score of exchanges. Useful at times, yes. But it is not the source. It’s a shadow of the source.
The modern system took the shadow and crowned it king. Then it built a maze around the basics and charged admission to what used to be freely given.
That’s the inversion.
What You Already Have
Look around you. Even in a tight season, the fundamentals are still here:
Air in your lungs
Light on your skin
Water available somewhere nearby
Soil that can grow food
People who can cooperate when they choose to
These are not small things. These are the foundation of existence.
When you see this clearly, fear loses some of its grip. You start to realize that life is not primarily a struggle to earn permission to exist. Life is a field you are already standing in.
The Field Is Friendly
Here’s the part people forget: the universe is not set up to sabotage you.
Call it nature, Source, the field—doesn’t matter. The larger system tends toward growth, repair, and renewal. Wounds close. Forests return. Bodies adapt. Minds learn.
When you stop fighting that current and start moving with it, things often get easier.
You don’t force a plant to grow. You give it the right conditions and get out of the way.
Same principle.
Getting Out of the Way
What blocks the flow isn’t the universe—it’s the interference we add:
constant fear loops
the belief that you are separate and unsupported
the idea that everything must be controlled or hoarded
the habit of ignoring what your body and environment are telling you
“Getting out of the way” doesn’t mean doing nothing. It means:
paying attention to what actually works in your life
aligning your actions with what sustains you
simplifying where you can
cooperating with others when it’s natural
letting go of the story that you’re on your own in a hostile system
When the noise drops, the next step usually becomes obvious.
Practical Abundance
You don’t have to wait for a global reset to live closer to real wealth.
You can start where you are:
grow even a small amount of your own food
learn one skill that produces something useful
trade or share with a neighbor
reduce dependence on systems that don’t serve you
keep some tangible reserves (food, tools, basics)
take care of your body so it can take care of you
These aren’t grand gestures. They’re simple moves that reconnect you to the source of wealth instead of the symbol.
The Self as Wealth
There’s one more layer most people miss.
Your awareness—your ability to perceive, choose, create, and care—is itself a form of wealth. Without it, nothing else has meaning. With it, you can navigate almost anything.
When you remember that, you stop outsourcing your sense of worth to external measures.
You are not just a consumer in an economy.
You are a participant in a living system.
Scarcity Is a Story
Scarcity has its place—resources can be limited in certain conditions. But as a constant worldview, it becomes a trap.
If you believe there is never enough, you will act from fear even when there is. You’ll miss opportunities, ignore support, and overlook the resources already in front of you.
When you shift to noticing what is available, you start to see options you couldn’t see before.
That’s not magic. That’s perception.
The Direction of Travel
The direction is simple:
From abstraction back to reality.
From fear back to function.
From isolation back to connection.
From control back to cooperation with the larger system.
You don’t have to fix the whole world. You just have to bring your own life back into alignment with what actually sustains it.
That’s where real security lives.
Bottom line: Real wealth is already here. The system that tells you otherwise profits from your doubt. The universe is not against you—it’s been supporting you since your first breath.
Let it.
Addendum — Be Here Now
The past and the future can be useful for planning and memory—but they can also become tricksters. They pull your attention away from the only place you can actually act: right now.
Bring your awareness back to where your feet are planted.
Right here—in this breath, in this moment—is where life is happening. This is where you can choose, adjust, create, or rest. The present moment is not small. It’s the only place anything real can occur.
When your attention settles here:
your body can respond and regulate
your mind gets clearer
the next practical step becomes visible
small opportunities show up that you would have missed while worrying about “what if”
You don’t have to erase memory or ignore the future. Just don’t live there. Use them as tools, then return to the present.
Think of it this way:
The past is a record.
The future is a possibility.
The present is your point of power.
Stand in it. Work from it. Rest in it.
That’s where real change happens.

I appreciate what you’re trying to say here, but I’m stuck on something: I’m broke right now. How does noticing free air help me pay rent?
This reads like someone who’s already comfortable telling poor people to “just be grateful for air.” And I don’t think that’s what you mean but that’s how it lands.
I think what you’re actually trying to say is this: “Panic and despair actively block you from seeing and taking real steps forward.”
If that’s the message, then give me something I can actually work with.
Show me how fear makes me stupid. How when I’m drowning in anxiety, I can’t think straight. How I miss the lifeline someone throws me because I’m too stuck in my head. How I reject help, freeze instead of act, and make panicked choices that dig the hole deeper.
Tell me that staying present isn’t about pretending my problems don’t exist–it’s about being calm enough to actually solve them. That when my nervous system settles, I can finally spot the opportunities I’ve been too stressed to see.
That’s useful. That’s something I can do.
But “notice the abundance around you”? Without that connection to real action? It just sounds like privilege talking.
You will own nothing and you will not be happy!
People own less and less, and even their feelings, thoughts, and intellectual property are increasingly monitored and controlled.
The content provided by AI is based on information that tech-companies have stolen from us.
All this stolen data and information is stored in the gigantic data centers of the tech oligarchs.
They control this data and thus control both our most private information and the entirety of human knowledge.
They can and will exploit and alter it at will.
Control over this data grants them almost absolute power.
Knowledge and narratives can be adapted at will or even completely fabricated and deliberately fed to certain people or the whole population.
Access to certain facts and truths can and will be denied to us.
In doing so, the ruling class effectively controls access to the truth itself and comes dangerously close to its goal of dictating our reality and virtually abolishing truth altogether.
Losing access to the truth is undoubtedly one of the greatest threats to humanity.
AI models are not optimized for truthfulness and are neither intelligent nor autonomous.
They have no consciousness and no will of their own.
They do what they are programmed to do.
They "act" solely in the interest of their owners, the members of the ruling class.
They are designed to achieve their goal: total surveillance and control of humanity.
The empathy displayed by AI models is only an illusion, but the thoughts, questions, and concerns that people entrust to AI are genuine.
Countless people already confide their most intimate secrets to AI models and blindly rely on their answers, statements, and advice.
In a world where people are increasingly isolated from each other ...
